Okay my mom had a Lab/Chow and we got tons of dogs (strays not pound pups), but they weren't the right type. But Perdy was the right one. My little sister was not allowed on the stairs and everytime she would get on the stairs Perdy would push her away. Perdy has been in our family for 8 years and I think she belongs here. My cousins watched my Perdy for a couple of mouths and she ran away and then one day my cousin saw here with a family about to move, I guess since she was about one she looked cute and not a street mutt so the family liked her. But they got Perdy back and till this day my cousins love Perdy. Also my grandma was keeping this mean dog and one day my little sister and her friend went into the backyard saying they wanted to pet it. Soon the dog barked at them and they run away yelling. I was holding Perdy but she broke my grib and ran after the dog. I yelled for my dad to come since she was a about 5 or 6 so I didn't think she had a chance. Perdy lived and she is alive to this day, Perdy is our familt's best dog.
