I adopted her from the humane society when she was ten or eleven weeks old. I wanted a second dog so kyla could have a friend, and I've always had a love for labs... I put myself on the wait list at the shelter for a lab pup so we could bring home a lab when it was small, as Kyla doesn't get along with all dogs that are bigger than her. |
Biography:
Dakota has had major joint issues since day one. She's had surgery for a luxating patella in her back left leg, and now she's showing similar symptons her back right. She's also been put on adequan injections to rebuild cartledge in her front right. This dog is at the vet at least once a month, I feel so bad for her. :/ |
